South Shore Auto Detailing offers professional vehicle protection and appearance services, including ceramic coating, window tint, paint protection film, auto detailing, vinyl wrapping, and boat detailing with ceramic coating. 

All services are performed at our facility unless otherwise stated. Pricing shown on our Website, advertisements, or provided through estimates may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, selected services, material requirements, and inspection results. Final pricing is confirmed after vehicle evaluation. We reserve the right to update services, packages, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We value scheduling accuracy to serve all customers efficiently. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made with insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may require rescheduling at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Once a service has begun or been completed, no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable follow-up service or correction. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service total. Deposits may be refundable with proper cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in deposit forfeiture.

No Warranty On Services

While we use professional products and proven techniques, results depend on vehicle condition, age, and prior damage. We do not guarantee complete stain removal, scratch elimination, or long-term coating performance beyond expected product lifespan. All services are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Liability Limitation

South Shore Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or defects discovered during service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall South Shore Auto Detailing be liable for loss of use, loss of profits, or diminution in vehicle value. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services or Website use.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. Vehicles must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
